Sailing in style!
Winner of the Best Multihull Sailing Yacht at the Asia Boating Award 2016, the new Lagoon 42 invites you to have a luxurious holiday enjoying the generous inside and outside space, which will meet the demands of the most selective customers. The inside and outside living areas can be joined together by completely opening the two glass made doors that separate them. The crew has full sight of the surrounding landscape even from inside the boat, due to the fact that the living room is framed with windows.
Innovations from stem to stern
The 42 exhibits her style and a strong personality. Her performance is a function of the strength of design as well as meticulous construction
It is designed to facilitate operation by a small crew, optimise circulation and open up direct access to the deck and the cockpit.
The boom is shorter while the mast is taller, creating an efficient high-aspect-ratio sailplan.
Functionality is the watchword in the 42’s saloon: a generous diningtable capable of accommodating all the guests on board while providing stowage lockers beneath the seats.
The large chart table brings together all the instruments, enabling the crew to handle the navigation effectively.
Stepping on deck, the first thing that strikes you is the effort that has been made to keep everythingon the same level.

All-round vision is also excellent thanks to huge windows and those massive patio doors aft. Overall, there is no question that this is a wonderful space that most monohullowners can only gawp at in envy.
The cutaway freeboard makes it easier to step onto the bathing platform when alongside
The 42’s cockpit layout is truly innovative! The space provided between the singlelevel saloon, the aft crossbeam and thevarious sunbathing areas is unprecedentedon this size of boat.
ENJOY THE SUMMER
The sunbathing area, aft crossbeam, transom skirts and cockpit form a single area for sports or relaxation!
